[VLOG] 외국인의 첫 한국 등산! 한국사람 왜 저렇게 정이 많죠? Crazy stairs on our first winter hike in the Korean mountains

[ENGLISH SUBS] Which Korean mountain is the most beautiful? Is it Seoraksan mountain? Or Hallasan? Or maybe Jirisan mountain? My brother came to Korea for the first time, so even though it's winter, we definitely wanted to go hiking. We went to Daedunsan provincial park. It's a mountain range close to Daejeon. Daedunsan is famous for the suspension bridge that hangs 80 meters above the rugged terrain below. We took the cable car and then hiked the rest of the way to the top of the mountain. The views were absolutely stunning! The weather was really nice, so we weren't cold. But it has snowed a few days before and the stones and stairs were very slippery. We had to be careful not to slip and therefor it was a very tiring hike. What do people usually eat on a hike? We just had a simple Korean gimbap from the convenience store. When we reached the summit, so many people shared tangerines with us. In Korea there is something called 'jeong'. The notion of 'jeong' is highly complex but can be described as a warm feeling of love and sympathy. Sharing food with strangers can be seen as 'jeong'. Someone told me that sharing food with other people while hiking, is part of Korean culture. We finished the day with some classic Korean junk food: Korean fried chicken! 가장 아름다운 한국 산이 어디일까요? 설악산? 한라산? 아니면 지리산? 이번에는 대전 근처에 위치한 대한민국 100대 명산 중에 하나인 대둔산에 가봤어요. 남동생은 첫 한국 등산이었어요! 저도 너무 오랜만에 겨울등산한 거예요. 다행이 날씨가 너무 좋았어요. 그래서 많이 춥지 않았어요. 그러나 정상에 눈이 좀 많아서 엄청 미끄러웠어요. 조금 위험해서 정말 조심해야 했어요. 등산할 때 주로 뭘 먹나요? 저희는 간단하게 김밥을 먹었어요. 친절한 사람들한태서 귤도 받았어요. 한국 사람들이 정이 정말 많네요! 원래 등산할 때 음식을 나누는거 한국문화래요! 대둔산에서 케이블카가 있어서 케이블카를 타고 올라갔어요. 그래도 정상까지 가기 쉽지 않았어요. 긴 다리를 건너야 했고 무서운 계단으로 쭉 올라가야 했어요. 동생이랑 좋은 추억을 만들었어요!
