Over the following days, I care for my little garden before enjoying a garden harvest of fresh bean sprouts, guava, jackfruit, yardlong beans, bottle gourd, sponge gourd, bitter melon, and water spinach. With these fresh ingredients, I prepare a few simple home-cooked countryside dishes. Every season, this little garden gives me more than food. It offers peace, gratitude, and beautiful moments.
