From Couch to Ultra Marathons, Lucy Shaw shares her running and weight loss story with April Lauren
Lucy Shaw is a runner, but she hasn't always ran. Lucy set out to get in shape and lose weight so she could move more and walk her precious pup. She felt inspired to run when her husband casually noted she had gone a 5K distance on her treadmill. She was thrilled, excited and felt pulled to see what else she could do.
