Mandera curfew improves security but residents want to be allowed early morning movement

A government imposed curfew in Mandera has restored calm in the Northern border town, and a sense of security for non locals who have been primary victims for terrorists. However the peaceful evenings have come at a cost for these residents who now want the government to consider relaxing the curfew in the morning hours to facilitate morning prayers.
