Questo dolce è di una facilità disarmante e (a parte la Nutella😅) è leggero! L’impasto è fatto con Ricotta, SENZA BURRO ma altrettanto BUONISSIMO, adatto per fare questa Ciambella ma anche in sostituzione della classica Frolla (più calorica) per fare Crostate, biscotti etc con un risultato pero morbido piu che friabile!
