This time, I'll be exploring the Yanagawa Street in Naze, Amami Oshima, eating my way through everything from lunch to bar hopping in the evening and finally to a coffee shop. Starting with Amami-style tonkotsu ramen, I'll move on to sashimi, brown sugar shochu, smoked food, mapo ramen, seafood, oil-fried somen noodles, and even pudding à la mode. Yanagawa Street is lined with not only izakayas but also snack bars and coffee shops, and I visited six interesting places over two days.
