'UK Debt Restructuring Techniques' - Jeremy Walsh: 3CL Travers Smith Seminar

As part of the Faculty's 3CL Travers Smith Lunchtime Seminar Series, Jeremy Walsh of Travers Smith gave a lunchtime seminar entitled "UK Debt Restructuring Techniques" on Tuesday 10 November 2015. Jeremy joined Travers Smith in 1993 and in 1994 became a partner. He specialises in advising on finance, restructuring and insolvency, in each case acting for financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investors, borrowers, pensions trustees, directors, insolvency practitioners and turnaround professionals.
