California State Treasurer Treasurer Fiona Ma, CPA along with the deputy treasurers and California officials, major financial institutions, regulators, and academicians convene to examine how blockchain and digital assets are moving from fringe to mainstream finance and public-sector operations at the Blockchain & Digital Financial Assets: State, Policy, and Finance Perspectives hearing in Sacramento. Panel 1: Blockchain 101: Understanding Blockchain & Digital Assets features Dr. Michele Neitz, University of San Francisco School of Law; Joe Ciccolo, California Blockchain Advisory Commission; and Max Sherman, FS Vector.
