Journalist, diplomat, academic, and international analyst Eduardo Ulibarri Bilbao directed the Costa Rican newspaper La Nación from 1982 to 2003 and served as its ambassador to the United Nations from 2010 to 2014. He currently works as a university professor and consultant on communication and governance. His most recent books are Costa Rica Global (2017) and The UN I Lived Through (2015). He studied at the universities of Costa Rica, Missouri, and Harvard. Antidotes to Disinformation.
