I Found a Rattlesnake Warning on This Trail | Moose Hill Solo Run — Sharon, MA

A solo POV trail run through Moose Hill in Sharon, Massachusetts — until I ran into something you don't expect in New England: a rattlesnake habitat warning. Moose Hill is the oldest Mass Audubon sanctuary, and it sits in one of the few corners of the region where timber rattlesnakes still hang on — a rare and protected native species around here. Didn't see one (probably a good thing), but the alert was enough to make me look at these woods a little differently. Just me, the Action Pro 5, and a quiet-but-slightly-more-alert morning on the trails. This is what New England Running is all about: stories from the roads and trails we run, starting right here in southern Mass and Rhode Island. 🎥 Shot on Action Pro 5 📍 Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary — Sharon, MA 🏃 New runs every week Ever seen a rattlesnake on a New England trail?
