30 Minute Cardio & Resistance Training Workout. XFA Fitness
30 Minute Workout. We incorporate focused muscle group using resistance training and finish off each round with body weight cardio moves. This workout will work all your major muscle groups in a compound way. While we focus on each individual muscle group, we incorporate balance and core work to keep you body guessing and make this a fresh and exciting workout routine. Equipment needed: Really only 1 set of light dumbbells depending on your strength level. I use 5s, 10s, and 15s. So if you have a few light sets that will be fine.
