Moules marinière (mussels steamed in white wine) ■ Ingredients (for 2 servings) Mussels: 800g Shallot: 1 White wine: 50ml Thyme: 2 sprigs Bay leaf: 1 Garlic: 10g Pepper: to taste Parsley: to taste ⸻ ■ Instructions ① Wash the mussels thoroughly to remove any dirt. ② Finely chop the shallot and garlic. ③ Place the shallot, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, white wine, and pepper in a pot and heat over medium heat. ④ Once boiling, add the mussels and cook quickly over high heat. ⑤ Once the shells open, remove from heat. ⑥ Add the chopped parsley and mix well. Moules Marinières (Mussels in White Wine) ■ Ingredients (Serves 2) *Mussels: 800g Shallot: 1 *White wine: 50ml Thyme: 2 sprigs *Bay leaf: 1 *Garlic: 10g *Pepper: to taste Parsley: to taste ⸻ ■ Instructions 1.Clean the mussels thoroughly. 2. Finely chop the shallot and garlic. 3. In a pot, add shallot, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, white wine, and pepper. 4. Bring to a boil, then add the mussels and cook quickly over high heat. 5. Once the shells open, remove from heat. 6. Finish by adding chopped parsley and mix.
