I was only 23 years old. I worked in a prestigious place, lived in the capital, and was sure I was doing everything right. Work hard. Endure fatigue. Don't complain. Hold on for another week, another month, another year. But one day, I began to notice that my body was living by its own rules. ✖️ Tension in the neck. ✖️ Constant fatigue. ✖️ Headaches. ✖️ It felt like I wasn't 23, but much older. In this video, I tell the story of the period in my life when I first realized that the body can send signals for a long time that we stubbornly ignore. This is the first part of my personal story.
