However, very few of them know how much of a delay—or even an early arrival—a train can actually have. "How much of a delay is acceptable?" This film explores precisely that question. It examines the relevant regulations and, fittingly, shows only trains that are delayed by four figures or arrive at least three hours ahead of schedule.
