Fizzy Fruit Yeast Water for Bread

Today, we're making fruit yeast water. To many different people, fruit yeast water can be something entirely different. It could be a fizzy drink, it can be made into vinegar, we can make bread with it immediately, and we could also use it to make a sourdough starter, which is what we focus on here. We'll show you how to make it from scratch, using local fruits, like grapes, and water, along with a very small amount of sugar. After several days of fermentation at room temperature, you'll have a wonderful yeast water ready for use.
