Carbonatation forcée : 5 méthodes testées (de 7 jours à 10 minutes !) 🍺💨

I brewed 100L of beer for a friend's wedding, kegged it all, and instead of priming the kegs with sugar, I went full pro-mode with forced carbonation. For the love of science (and because a lot of you asked), I tested 5 different forced carbonation methods, from slow and steady to fast and furious: 🕖 Method 1 – “I’m not thirsty at all” (6–7 days) 🧊 Method 2 – “Still not that thirsty” (4–5 days, cold) 🫧 Method 3 – “Starting to get thirsty” (5h with carbonation stone) 💪 Method 4 – “I’m thirsty” (30–40 min with some keg rolling) 🚨 Method 5 – “I’ve never been this thirsty!” (10 min under high pressure with carbonation stone) ➡️ Which method is the most effective? The fastest? And more importantly, does it pour right and taste good? Let's find out together—with humor and precision 😄 If you're interested in the Kegland lid, you can get it here: https://aliexpress.com/item/400119152... 📎 Timestamps & useful resources in the pinned comments! 📺 Additional videos on kegs and CO₂ here:    • 🔧 Le Corny Keg : L'ARME ULTIME des brasseu...      • Le CO2 et la bière ! Tout comprendre de la...   💬 Join us on Discord to share your recipes and experiences:   / discord   🎨 Vote for the next channel logo:    • Refonte du Logo des Cités d'Orge et c'est ...   Please like, comment, and subscribe if you want more brewing content!
