40-Minute Myofascial Release & Nervous System Reset for Dancers | Deep Rest & Recovery
Welcome to Day 29 of the Month of Mobility Challenge 🤍 After all the hard work, this 40-minute class is your invitation to slow all the way down. This gentle, easy rest-day practice is designed to reset your nervous system and release built-up tension in the fascia and muscles using myofascial release therapy with a massage ball. We’ll focus on commonly overworked areas for dancers, including the glutes, deep hip rotators, and psoas, helping to relieve soreness, fatigue, and muscle tightness. Alongside the massage ball work, you’ll move through soft mobility, relaxing stretches, and nourishing breathwork to calm your mind and support recovery on a deeper level. This practice supports both physical and nervous system recovery so your body can integrate the work you’ve been doing and rebuild stronger. This is a full-body reset for dancers who train hard and need deep, intentional rest. Come as you are, move slowly, and allow your body to unwind.
