40-Minute Lower Body Mobility for Dancers | Active Flexibility, Hips & Splits
This lower body active flexibility workout is the perfect warm-up for dancers and pole dancers who want stronger hips, more control, and deeper flexibility. In this 40-minute mobility yoga flow, we’ll activate your glutes, mobilize your hips, strengthen your hip flexors and core, and gently open the legs with active splits and deep stretches to prepare your body for pole tricks, dancing, and training. This is Day 25 of the Month of Mobility challenge, so let’s fire up those legs and move with strength and ease.
