A Lei e a Realidade

This educational proposal presents a practical sociology activity that seeks to connect Brazilian legislation with everyday challenges. Through group dynamics, students analyze real-life scenarios involving education, health, work, and politics to identify gaps between theory and practice. The exercise encourages critical reflection on how socioeconomic and geographical obstacles impede full access to fundamental rights. Finally, students must evaluate the role of the State and propose titles that summarize the conflict between existing laws and social experience. This methodology transforms abstract concepts into a concrete debate about citizenship and social justice in Brazil.
