Big Ambitions #41 EA 0.11. We're back and a viewer had suggested that our next business be an office-based business, so that's what we're setting up in this episode. We're setting up one of the new businesses that was introduced in the 0.11 update, an Event Planning business, and we're doing it in MidTown. We need to hire staff and quick, new staff, Event Planners, and we're setting prices on a business instead of products that is service based. Big difference there, as this is pricing by the hour. One of the benefits of this business, no stock to carry, one of the drawbacks is that we have to hire quite a few people to fill our office space. Did we pick the right the location though? We go through all of the scheduling of our new employees. I also explain why I haven't had the HR manager talk yet to someone at the hospital about insurance. We use the interior installation firm again, to outfit our office environment this time. We look at blueprints, but nothing fits.
