MENTOUR PILOT flies our airplane!!

The video where Petter Hörnfeldt, or @Mentour Pilot flies our 1984 Piper PA28! Such a genuine and nice guy. He drove for over an hour during his vacation to meet us, (and of course to see the famous Piper (owned by Skellefteå motorflygklubb)). We took a nostalgic general aviation flight from ESNO, Örnsköldsvik airport down south over the city and then over his childhood lake, where he used to swim as a child. The route was planned as the same route as Petter’s first flight that he did as a child, the flight that inspired him to become a pilot. When we start the piper we don’t want to crank it too much, that would heat up the starter and battery, that’s why we crank it just a bit, she usually starts at the third try. You have to take well care of these old birds! Oh, and don’t take our flying as advice, we cut away a lot of important stuff, and even make mistakes sometimes.
