A challenge you've probably seen somewhere before: catch fish, measure them, add up the lengths, and try to surpass the elevation of a mountain! But if I used largemouth bass and tried to beat Mt. Fuji, I'd probably never finish. So instead, I'm taking on the challenge with the fish I know best—cyprinids—and one of Japan's lowest mountains, Mt. Hiyoriyama! Will I be able to catch enough fish to conquer the mountain's elevation? And for the cooking segment, I'm making the ultimate potato salad!
