This is Kwangmani from Manimani~^^ This time, I visited "Eolkeun Sujebi Seafood Kalguksu," a kalguksu (noodle soup) and sujebi (handmade noodle soup) restaurant located near Seoul National University Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. I discovered this place on a restaurant tour with my planner and his wife, and after receiving a recommendation, it's been a well-known restaurant in Gwanak-gu for 20 years. Whether you order kalguksu or sujebi, it always comes with a generous portion of seafood. The broth is incredibly clear and refreshing. They provided free barley rice, which went perfectly with the meal. As expected from a kalguksu and sujebi restaurant, the geotjeori (spicy radish kimchi) and yeolmu kimchi were delicious. Even for someone like me who doesn't particularly enjoy spicy food, the spicy kalguksu and sujebi were a great choice for a spicier, more savory meal. I kept thinking throughout my meal that this is the perfect place to recover from a night of drinking, feeling refreshed and full. I definitely want to visit again!
