In this historical documentary, we embark on a journey through the Middle Ages, reconstructing the eventful history of one of Austria's oldest hilltop castles. Built under Archbishop Gebhard of Salzburg and defended against the troops of Engelbert II of Spanheim, Petersberg Castle became a symbol of ecclesiastical power in the Alpine region.
