I'm an Introvert. I Avoid People Now. Here's Why...
In this video, I explain why I avoid people now as an introvert, and how doing that has made my life calmer, happier, and way more peaceful.A lot of us spent years giving more than we got back, pushing ourselves into social situations we didn’t enjoy, and feeling guilty for needing solitude. My life immediately started to improve when I stopped performing for others, stopped chasing approval, and finally started protecting my energy. The truth is, introverts are drained by constant outings, shallow interactions, and emotional one-way streets. There’s nothing wrong with wanting a simple life, your own space, and peace of mind. As Marcus Aurelius said, “Very little is needed to make a happy life.” I hope this video helps you embrace your quiet life as an introvert and avoid those people who drain you.
