“I have no friends” and why that’s OK
In this video I discuss the fact that during this chapter of my life, I have no friends, and why that's actually OK. I discuss the modern difficulties that introverts have forming meaningful friendships and connections. I also dive into the experience of wanting genuine friendships and not being satisfied with surface level connections. I discuss why it's OK to wait on those types of deep connections, and why you shouldn't settle for shallow friendships. Finally, I discuss why it's fine to enjoy an introverted life that some people might consider "boring", and how to be content with being alone. This has to do with being a friend to yourself and realizing that you are worthy of friendship if an opportunity comes your way.
