It looks to be drawing inspiration from many different sources, including NieR: Automata, Bayonetta, Devil May Cry, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Devil May Cry, Soulsbourne games, and even (in Jeff's opinion) Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball 3 (is that reference too old?).
