😍😍 Super FLUFFIGES Erdbeer-Softeis mit Yogurette | Thermomix® Rezept

Fruity, sweet, ultra-creamy soft serve in 3, 2, 1... 🤩 We just can't get enough of creamy ice cream, can't you? This Thermomix® soft serve is made in a flash and will sweeten our summer. 💕 Our Thermomix® Yogurette soft serve is so wonderfully fluffy and creamy and melts tenderly on your tongue. And one thing is clear: this Thermomix® strawberry ice cream is our absolute favorite and tastes so much better than store-bought! And you know what's even better? You can conjure up any flavor you fancy. 🙌🏼 But be careful: it's addictive! 😎 🥣 Ingredients: 300 g frozen strawberries 125 g cold Yogurette 50 g sugar 2 egg whites 1️⃣ Cold Yogurette 3 sec. | Chop on speed 8 and set aside in a bowl. Rinse and dry the mixing bowl. 2️⃣ Add the sugar to the mixing bowl and grind for 10 seconds on speed 10. If you don't want your lid to get dusty, place a piece of kitchen paper between the measuring cup and the lid. 3️⃣ Add the frozen strawberries and chop for 20 seconds on speed 8. 4️⃣ Insert the butterfly beater (only use up to speed 4), add the egg whites, and then beat everything until frothy for 2 minutes on speed 4. 5️⃣ Stir in the chopped Yogurette for a few seconds on speed 4.   💕 You can easily adapt this ice cream by using other frozen fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, mango, or mixed fruits.
