Add the cherries and chop for 20 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down the mixture with the spatula occasionally. 2️⃣ Add the egg whites and mix for 8 seconds on speed 6, scraping the mixture down the sides with the spatula. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing bowl and mix the mixture for 3 minutes on speed 3.5 until creamy. Portion the soft serve and serve immediately.
