4K Sandall Park parkrun full virtual run in 29 minutes 29 seconds

Sandall Park parkrun was filmed on Saturday 6 June 2026. I upload in two formats, the first is a fairly fast version of about 8 minutes and the second one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run dependant on the course and how I am on the day. Currently recovering from a torn meniscus so still within a rehab period trying to rebuild my pace back down to where I used to be. Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather as the route may be slippy or muddy. All details within the video are correct at time of uploading.
