I was in Andorra for a few days and went up to the luxurious Hotel Sport Hermitage in Soldeu to try Koy: a sushi restaurant by the famous chef Hideki Matsuhisa (with a Michelin star at Koy Barcelona and known for appearing in the Sushi video on El Comidista) where a dinner will easily cost you over €200. I'll tell you about my full experience, trying their longer Tasting Menu, which even includes Japanese Wagyu, as well as other dishes from the à la carte menu so you won't leave hungry. I recommend watching the entire video because there were service glitches that I don't think are acceptable in a restaurant with these prices.
