Why? Because simply by calculating your personal year, whether it's 2026, a year ago, five years ago, or ten years ago, when you've experienced significant moments of joy or sadness, or even depression, you can put words to what you've lived and felt. I mention this because when I was doing consultations, this was always the recurring theme. This major shock, this sudden halt, this incomprehension of what's suddenly hit us. In short, these were often times when clients flocked to appointments because they didn't understand what was happening to them. Thanks to personal years, everything becomes clear!
