Rex’s first wildcamp, how did he do? | Kit for a camp on the Norfolk Broads

Good evening, and thank you for joining us on the Norfolk Broads. Tonight, I'm joined by Rex for his very first wild camp. On my back I've got just the essentials for a simple overnight stay—arriving late, setting up camp, and leaving early in the morning, aiming to leave no trace. We've parked the car a short walk away and are making our way to Hardley Mill. It's a place that's very familiar to both of us. Although we've never camped here before, we've enjoyed plenty of walks out to the mill, so it feels like the perfect place for Rex's first overnight adventure. Keeping things lightweight, here's what I've packed: Otimos Nomad tent Otimos UL850 quilt Alpkit Radiant sleeping pad Head torch Camp light Hygiene kit inc, first aid, clothes Power bank Drone Water Hot chocolate Dog treats I haven't packed an evening meal or breakfast this time, as I've already eaten before setting off and plan to be packed up early enough to be home for breakfast. Is there anything you think is essential for a lightweight overnight camp that I've forgotten? Let me know in the comments—I always enjoy hearing what other people never leave home without. 0.00 introduction 1.17 Kit talk 2.25 Kit overview 2.56 Camp set up 4.20 Overview of the mill #wildcamping #norfolkbroads #camping
