Cómo ajustar el entrenamiento cuando el pulso se dispara calor, humedad o enfermedad

Does your heart rate spike even when you feel like you're going easy? The problem isn't the pace, it's the conditions. Heat, humidity, or having had a bad day the night before completely change how your body responds to the same effort. In this video, we analyze two real-life cases using data from the Forma platform: a run at 31°C and 75% humidity with an 11% heart rate drift, and a controlled session plus intervals the day after being in bed with a fever. In both cases, the pace was correct on paper. In both cases, the training needed adjustment. We see exactly what to look for, what each data point means, and what specific changes to make so that the training remains effective without paying an undue price. Because what the plan says is one thing, and what your body needs that day is another. 📲 Forma, the platform I use to analyze my athletes' training: https://formalabs.es/es If you found this helpful, subscribe and like.
