Homemade Baguette – Crispy & Delicious🥖🥖 Ingredients: 500 g flour 350 g water 1 tsp yeast 1.5 tsp salt Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Then fold the dough from the outside to the inside. Let it rest again for 30 minutes. Repeat this process 4 times in total (stretch and fold). After the last fold, let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours. Then divide the dough into your desired portions and let them rest again for 10 minutes. After that, shape the dough into baguettes and place them on a tray. Let them rest for another 20 minutes. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 220°C. Place an empty tray on the bottom rack of the oven to heat up. When you put the bread into the oven, quickly pour boiling water into the hot tray below and close the oven door immediately. Let the bread bake with steam for 6–7 minutes, then remove the tray.
