💖 ¡Bienvenidos a Pastry Kexi! 💖 Hoy preparamos una deliciosa Tarta de Mní o Cacahuete y Caramelo, una combinación irresistible de bizcocho de vainilla, crema sabor cacahuete, caramelo y trocitos de cacahuete tostado. 🥜 INGREDIENTES (ESPAÑOL) BIZCOCHO DE VAINILLA 350 g harina de trigo 200 g azúcar 4 huevos 120 ml aceite vegetal 120 ml leche 10 ml extracto de vainilla 8 g impulsor químico (polvo de hornear) 1 pizca de sal CREMA DE CACAHUETE 250 g chocolate blanco 50 g mantequilla de cacahuete 150 g nata para montar caliente 250 g nata vegetal para montar fría 1 pizca de sal CARAMELO 120 g azúcar 60 ml nata para montar 15 g mantequilla DECORACIÓN Cacahuetes tostados picados Caramelo 🥜 INGREDIENTS (ENGLISH) VANILLA CAKE 350 g all-purpose flour 200 g sugar 4 eggs 120 ml vegetable oil 120 ml milk 10 ml vanilla extract 8 g baking powder Pinch of salt PEANUT CREAM 250 g white chocolate 50 g peanut butter 150 g hot whipping cream 250 g cold vegetable whipping cream Pinch of salt CARAMEL 120 g sugar 60 ml whipping cream 15 g butter DECORATION Chopped roasted peanuts Caramel 🔥 HORNEADO 180°C durante 30 minutos. 🎂 MOLDES 2 moldes de 20 cm de diámetro o 3 moldes de 15 cm de diámetro ⭐ BOQUILLA UTILIZADA PARA LA DECORACIÓN Wilton 6B ❄️ CONSERVACIÓN Mantener refrigerada de 2 a 5 días en recipiente cerrado.
