La tecnica delle “autotrappole”

Taking part in a @TEDx Talks was just a big dream before starting this Project, but ever since I left for my first trip around the world, without realising it I was creating a fantastic story that I could tell at a Ted Talk. And so it was: I was invited to the #tedx TEDx in Bergamo to tell how I managed to transform my life. I already had the answer: with the "#technics of auto traps", but having unconsciously invented it, I now had to tell it to others so that everyone could use this simple but effective technique. In this new episode I want to share with you the "months" of preparation that led me to perform for the first time at a TEDx. • The episode is in collaboration with @Treedom with whom I have been collaborating for years.
