Few weeks ago I took part to an humanitarian mission in Iraq with "Emergenza Sorrisi" organisation. The best italian plastic surgeons go to war zones to perform plastic surgeries to all the kids with facial malformation. I had the chance to spent 1 very intense week with them and document how they could give back a smile to the children and their families with a "simple" surgery.
