Szycie bez wykroju - worek/plecak

As always, I invite you to my online boutique at http://nikonorov.com/ To make the bag, you'll need: 1 meter of fabric (most fabrics available in stores are 1.40m wide; so you'll make four bags, if you choose a narrower width, three); this can be cotton, faux leather, or sweatshirt fabric (preferably without elastane) 1 meter of lining; you'll use 80cm, and the rest can be used for an additional phone pocket inside approximately 3 meters of string IRON BOTH FABRICS WITH STEAM BEFORE CUTTING! This is essential. Cotton fabrics shrink when ironed, so if you don't do it now, the bag and lining may not fit together later, as they will shrink at different rates. Dimensions: Outer fabric: bag 94x35cm; Belt loops: 2 x 5 x 8 cm Lining: 80 x 35 cm Sewing: Mark notches at 6 cm below the top edge of the bag and 1.5 cm below - this way, you'll find the drawstring holes at equal distances. Sew the loops along the 5 cm edge and iron them. Place the loops right sides together at the very bottom of the bag; you can sew them first if you're worried they'll come undone. Sew the edge of the bag, including the drawstring holes. - Sew the lining, leaving an 8-10cm gap for turning. Iron the seams of the bag and lining. Insert the lining into the bag and sew the top edge. Turn the bag over and sew the gap in the fabric. Iron the edge by 4cm and sew along the seam connecting the bag to the lining, creating a tunnel. Insert the drawstring: start from one hole, bypass the other, and pull it out through the one you started from. Then thread the drawstring through the loop and tie the ends; do the same with the second drawstring. BAG READY!
