$125 Horses! Behind The Scenes at a Montana Mustang Adoption

We headed to Montana for a BLM mustang adoption event to see what it’s really like to adopt a wild horse in person… and honestly, this might be one of the best ways to bring a mustang home. There were a lot of really nice horses at this event. Different ages, colors, and personalities... and every one of them was available for adoption through the BLM for just $125. Being able to see these mustangs up close, watch how they move, and get a feel for their demeanor in person is something you just can’t get from photos online. We also got to sit in on a mustang training seminar put on by Matt Bischof (Mustang Matt), which was awesome to watch. Seeing how he approaches these horses and communicates with them really gives you a better understanding of what it takes to go from wild to willing. If you’ve ever thought about adopting a mustang, this might be the way to do it. Let us know… would you adopt one? Don’t forget to subscribe if you want to follow along as we continue working with mustangs, mules, and horses here in the mountains. As always — thank you for watching!
