Adopting My FIRST Wild Horse! Which Mustang Should I Choose?

We brought home mustangs… and this is actually Jason’s FIRST mustang he has ever personally adopted, which made this entire experience even more exciting. There were so many incredible horses to choose from, and narrowing it down was honestly harder than we expected. In this video, we introduce you to a brand new group of wild horses, make the big decision on which mustangs are coming home with us, and officially kick off a brand new adventure. These horses were adopted with the goal of gentling them, documenting the entire process, and eventually finding them amazing homes. We know so many people dream of owning a mustang but feel intimidated by the first steps of the gentling process, so we hope this journey can help show just how incredible these wild horses truly are. We also officially begin our husband versus wife mustang gentling challenge. We will each be working with one mustang and sharing daily progress videos as we see who can build trust and make progress the fastest, while always putting good horsemanship and the horses’ needs first. These girls are smart, athletic, sensitive, and completely untouched by domestic life.
