[The Ultimate Dried Daikon Radish] Please give it a try! ★Today's recipe is here↓ -- [The Ultimate Dried Daikon Radish] Dried Daikon Radish...30g Fried Tofu...1 slice Carrot...30g Dried Bonito Flakes...2g Water...250cc Sesame Oil...1 tablespoon Ajinomoto...4 shakes Soy Sauce...1.5 tablespoons Sake...1.5 tablespoons Mirin...1.5 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds...to taste ★To change the flavor, add shichimi (seven-spice powder) Microwave 2g of dried bonito flakes for 50 seconds and add the powder. Soak 30g of kiriboshi daikon in 250cc of water for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the water, reserving all of the juice. Lightly stir-fry kiriboshi daikon, 30g of carrots, and 1 piece of fried tofu in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
