A few showers and thunderstorms have developed around central Ohio this morning, but the greater risk of stronger storms remains this afternoon. Temperatures will get up to around 80 later today, along with gusty southerly winds, it will also be a bit more humid. This will set the stage to fuel stronger storms as we head into the afternoon and evening. Several rounds of gusty to severe storms could come through during this time period, but there will also be times when it is not storming. Make sure you have the 10TV app to keep up to date on the latest alerts! Rain and storm chances continue overnight and into Friday, but our severe risks for the night should mostly end around 10 pm. Showers and storms will once again fire up as we head into Friday afternoon and evening, some which could be strong, but that risk is pretty low. Like today, wind and hail would be the main risk factors.
