Anthony Ling é empreendedor na área de transporte e gerenciador de projetos do Instituto Ling. Atualmente divide seu tempo entre a arquitetura e o urbanismo, suas disciplinas de formação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Trabalhou como arquiteto junto ao escritório do Isay Weinfeld em São Paulo e hoje pesquisa urbanismo mantendo o site renderingfreedom.com e o projeto Caos Planejado. Ministrou palestras em universidades como a UFRGS, UnB e a USP e no TEDxLaçador. Anthony também colabora com instituições que buscam inovação disruptiva no desenvolvimento de cidades e em governança social como o Startup Cities Institute, o Seasteading Institute e a Blueseed Co.
