This is a relaxation routine for pregnant women, especially at the end of pregnancy and before labor. If you're feeling tense, overstimulated, thinking a lot, or need to briefly return to yourself, your breath, and trust your body, this video is for you. I'll guide you gently through a relaxation routine that will help you calm down, relax your body, and feel more at peace before labor. You don't have to do anything perfectly. Just lie comfortably, breathe, and allow yourself a moment of connection with yourself. During pregnancy, your body does a tremendous amount of work. This practice is designed to not only help you prepare for labor, but also help you feel confident in yourself, your body, and the process.
