Victorian thrift-flip / upcycle - Fast fashion men's shirt into a tailored 1890s ladies shirtwaist.
I needed a shirtwaist to go with my other items of 1890s Victorian clothing, and decided to attempt transforming a used "fast fashion" men's button-down dress shirt branded as 'Perry Ellis Portfolio'.
