Youtube's Ranking - Eurovision 2003

This is part of a series where I compile other Youtuber's tops into one ranking. I've done this to get a better understanding of public opinion surrounding the years, who should have won, etc... I've enjoyed doing it a lot. Here's how it works: I've gone to 20 other Eurovision youtuber's who've released tops for this year, and I've watched them and made notes on their top ten. I've allocated points to their Top 10 using the classic Eurovision scoring system (12, 10, 8-1 points for top 10) and added up the scores. I've also shown the breakdown of where the songs were ranked in people's Top 10s, as well as how many of the 20 people gave them points. I decided to leave ties as they are, but if you want to break them, the later song to be played is the one that would have one the tie-break if there was one (most people given points by, then most 12s, then most 10s, etc...) Why am I doing this year specifically? I'm doing them randomly. Next Wednesday: Eurovision 1993: Top 25 by length of time spent singing the title! Hope you enjoy!
