In this video I document an entire week of eating, Monday morning through Friday Night to demonstrate how I make decisions to steward my body well. This is not prescriptive, this is what I eat given my family dynamic on this given week under these real life circumstances. My eating sometimes looks different than what's documented in this video. However by watching this video you'll be able to glean from my decision making process with food, physical stewardship, and honoring my body as an integral part of my walk with Christ. On this week I was in a caloric deficit, 2500 calories, with a goal of 171-172g of protein daily (one per pound of body weight).
