Hello Beautiful Yogi's!! Hoping your ready to relax and stretch out your neck today as the throat charka is located in the neck and mouth part of your body. With so many people suffering from text neck these days, this is a great sequence to counter act some of that neck tension. The throat chakra is also associated with the color blue, the element of space and communication, your ability be truthful and authentic with other people.
