Bell Ringing at Lincoln College, Oxford
The bells are situated in the former church of All Saints, Oxford, which is now the Lincoln College library. The church was the official City Church of Oxford (previously held by St Martin's from 1122 to 1896 when the main body of St Martin's was demolished) from 1896 to the 1970's which was when All Saints was declared redundant. The bells are a 7cwt ring of eight in Ab. They go well but are bloody deafening when you're sitting in the relative cool of the stairwell and not in the oven of a ringing chamber!!!
